Is Access 2007 compatible with Office 2003 which does not have Acc

I have MS Office 2003 without Access. So now I want to install MS Access
2007. Can it be used without upgrading my Office to 2007??

You can do that, and it will work.

There may be problems if your Office 2007 code includes references to other
office libraries (such as the Excel library.) Most Access databases don't do
this.
