Yes it is true!
But as I understand it, it will be carried off by a flying pig on his way to
lunch with the pink elephant.
It Seriously, Microsoft state that Access will be around for quite a while
yet. The development team for the next version is a factor of 10 larger than
it was for 2003, so it seems safe to assume that Microsoft won't be
discarding it just yet.
