Is Access good forthis?

I want to make a db with the following, a pic of each client, notes for each
client each time they come in. Also - I work on a list of muscles that I
would like to have popup in a list that I enterif I treated or tested and
right or left side, this could be a list that has "tricep" and the right and
left empty boxes that I either check or X for treat (Check) or X (test).
This list of muscles is the same for every client, but for I will only (check
or X) maybe 10 and of course these will vary. When client come in for their
next appointment, I want to be able to pull this back up to see what I did
last time. Thanks for any help at all. I have used Acccess before but its
been since 1995.

Access can most certainly handle this type of information. you'll see that
access has evolved tremendously since 95 and is easier to develop and easier
to devlop custom functionalities but the basic principle of database design
remain the same. If you need specific help either post specific questions
