I use "Backup My PC" program from Stomp Inc. When I include "all Documents
and Settings" in my weekly backup am I backing up all Outlook data including
Contacts, Address Book, Messages and any other data that I include in
Outlook? Thank You

Don't know what Stomp selects. Your PST file (where all your Outlook data is
stored, except accounts) is by default located in your profiles directory on
WinNT/2k/XP. Search for *.pst on your hard drive & include hidden/system
folders if using one of those operating systems.

When you pay that much for a program, you should ask them.
Not the habituates of the MS Office Outlook newsgroup.

That depends on whether you placed your PST in that folder tree when you
first configured Outlook. You probably did, since that's where Outlook
creates it by default, but there's no constraint that requires it to be
there.
