Is anyone having problems with Outlook Express remembering e-mail.

Over the last couple of weeks Outlook Express seems to lose my primary e-mail
account password and I have set it up each time. It remembers the password
until I shut down and restart at another time. According to my ISP
everything on their end is fine.
