Is Expression Builder available in Access 2000 Code Module Window.

I am in the process of converting my Access 97 Database into Access 2000.

I have noticed that I cannot find the Expression Builder Window when writing
new VBA Code for my Forms or Modules. Is this no longer available in Access
2000?
