Is Frontpage the right product?

I know nothing about HTML / website building, but need to
put together a couple of nice web sites. Is frontpage
easy enough to either use right out of the box, or at
least learn quickly, or will I need to spend a lot of time
learning html andeverything that goes with it?

Thanks,

Kevin

Kevin,
I am relatively new to websites also, having started in
June. FP has been good to me and I have not had any real
problems with it, but more with bugs on my ISPs end. Using
this NG and the fp.client have been very beneficial to me.
Here is what I have been able to do since I started, with
the time I have (2 jobs and 5 kids take alot of time).

Kevin,

I have found FrontPage to be one of the easiest programs
to use and provides enough tools etc to build some great
sites. It requires very little, if any, html knowledge to
complete basic sites, but if you can grasp a some html as
you go along you can jazz them up further.

I started with no knowlege also and do not regret using
FrontPage.

Hope this opinion helps!

Regards
Sam

.
FrontPage lacks the versatility of other programs such as
Dreamweaver. I should have purchased that instead of
FrontPage.

MS customer support is pitiful.
