Is have a COA with product ID is that the same as Product key ? It doesn't
work when I try to install

No, the product ID and the product key are not the same thing. In
Office 97, the product ID is a 20-digit number, and the product key is
an 11-digit number. In Office 2000, XP, and 2003, the product ID is a
20-digit number, and the product key is a 25-digit number.
