Is it always afe to delete an Enterprise Project Template?

In SP2003 SP2a, after an Enterprise Project Template has been in use and
enterprise projects have been created and saved based on it, is it safe to
delete the underlying Enterprise Project Template?

If you no longer need the enterprise project template, and no one needs to
create new projects from it, you can safely delete the template. Hope this
helps.

Yes, if you're asking whether there is some kind of permananent connection
to the template. Each project spawned from a template is in no way attached
to the template.
