I have over 3000 sent items in my sent items folder, what
I want to do is export them in to excel so I can sort them
as well as other things, but I can't figure out how to
export them to Excel or any kind of file.

in addition, how do I print just showing the table style,
meaning I only want to print the email address's, not the
entire email itself, is there a way in essesence to print
the screenshot of what is seen?

Go to Import-Export and export to file>select Microsoft Excel.
It should do it.

For printing, you can click on print and select table type instead of Memo
type.

Why import them into Excel? Can you even do that? Why
not create another .pst file and move them over there
which allows you to still manage them with Outlook? Try
File, New, Person Folders File. Or even better, you can
archive them into your archive.pst file which is even an
easier solution.
