Is it possible to change the default Navigation bar of the DB Region Wizard of FP 2002?

I have Frontpage 2002. When i present a database with the wizard, i have
always a navigation bar like
|< < > >|

Is it possbile to make a diffrent one like:
prev 1 2 3 4 5 next

and can i apply css styles to the buttons?. And if so, where are the
buttons???
