Is it possible to delete a saved template?

I'm using FrontPage, but now curious as to all programs, if there is a way to
delete a saved template. I saved the page as a template but for other
reasons, i have since changed the layout and would like to delete the 'first
draft' template.
Is this possible?
and please, I am not what you'd call computer savvy, hence computer language
is above my head, please speak english so I can actually figure out what I am
doing. :)

oh yes.. I am using Windows XP and Office 2003

Yes it is possible to delete anything you have created in Windows XP.
Now do you know what the template is called and do you know where you
have saved it?
