Is it possible to enter data into two applications at once?

How can I enter data into one application, and have that data entered into
"Excel" for example, at the same time.

In a way it is possible but in order to provide you with good
suggestions we really need to know more about what you are trying to
accomplish. For example are you trying to use a Word document as a
data entry form and store the data in an Excel workbook??
