Is it possible to import graphics by reference in Word 2000 or 200

Dear All,

I need to write a manual in Word and it will include graphics and screenshots.

In FrameMaker it is possible to import graphics by reference so the file size
stays manageable.

Does Word also have this feature?

Yes. In the Insert | Picture | From File dialog, click the arrow beside
Insert and use Link to File.
