Is it possible to insert a background on the first page only?

I am trying to digitally replicate printing letters on letterhead & cannot
find a way to insert a background on the first page, without it replicating
on all of the subsequent pages. Any ideas??? Thanks.

Check "Different first page" on the Layout tab of Page Setup, then anchor
your background to the First Page Header. See
