Is it possible to prevent PM from deleting tasks with actuals ?

Not sure if this is something possible but my searches have only come
up with using managed time periods which would not work for us. Any
suggestions or ideas would be welcomed.

No, there is no default way in either Microsoft Project or Project Server to
prevent PM's from deleting tasks with actuals. Therefore, you must make
this a training and performance issue with your PM's. Hope this helps.
