Is it possible to 'save' items in the office clipboard?

Is it possible to 'save' items in the office clipboard so that they are not
cleared out when I close the program?
I have XP, & am using an Exel Simple Invoice program. I do weekly invoices,
& it would be much easier if the info stayed in the clipboard for the next
week's invoice.
Any info is appreciated!
