Is it possible to send and email with attachment from Command Line?

I'd like to send an email with an attachment (report)
using the command shell. I cannont find documentation on
how to do this but I do find information on setting up an
email using Outlook from the command line. Is it
possible to send an email with an attachment from the
command line? If so, what's the syntax?

Might want to do a google search for a freeware app called BLAT....it won't
use Outlook, but it might accomplish what you wish.
