We would like to startup Outlook with a shared folder calendar as the
startup screen. I have seen its possible with the standard calendar. We are
using Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003

tools, options, other, advanced- is the calendar in the list of folders to
choose from? if not, you need to use a command line switch - /select
foldername is the switch.
http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/commandlines.htm - how to use switches
http://www.outlook-tips.net/archives/2007/20070621.htm - shows how to get
the path to the other folders.
