Is it somthing basic?

This is a renewal of a thread I started a couple of days ago. Our computer
crashed and we reinstalled Windows XP Pro sp3 and FrontPage 2002 sp3. Then
our domain name expired. We have renewed the domain name and everything
seems correct with that issue. Now we can't get to our website. Our web host
says everything is correct through them. My question is have we missed
something when we reinstalled FrontPage? We have a static IP address. I
understand that means the website is on our computer. When I try to publish
to the web it asks for the domain name but won't accept the name. I am not
completely sure but FrontPage Server Extensions 2000 seem installed. I
should mention that FrontPage for dummies is over my head. Thanks for any
help.
