Is Microsoft Outlook cabable of handling html type email setup

I am trying to set my outlook to handle html mail setup so I can access my
MSN account. I have updated and downloaded everything but I dont see the
option to create a html email account. I only see pop3 and Imap..

When you create an mail account in Outlook, POP3 and IMAP are listed (and
Exchange). HTTPmail mail requires Outlook 2002/2003. You didn't mention
WHICH version you have.
