Is MS Project the software for me?

Can some1 pls tell me if MS Project 2003 Pro is the software I need for:

-Manage sales team overseas 9contact info, meetings, contracts, sales goals,
etc...)
-Manage sales numbers (monthly sales results against goals)
-Create a new ideas to make it viable to sell products overseas and then
control its sales
-Manage distribuitors and direct customers info

Definitely not Project. More like Act! or Goldmine, unless you want to
highly customize and/or automate more complex functions, then you
should look at Commence.

Very unlikely - Project is basically a work scheduling and cost estimating
application. Task X comes before Y and Y comes before Z. If X takes 3
days, Y takes 5 days, and Z takes 8 days, what day do I tell the guy doing Y
to show up and what day will we finish Z? That sort of thing.

As others have said, Project is not be the right tool for what you've
listed.
