Sometimes best to pose all the Q in the body, rather than part in the
subject line.
If your saying you have both Office2k and Office2003 in add/remove after an
upgrade(?), then it depends what versions were used as the earlier may have
an App that was not included within the later upgrade.
But there again you might have chosen to install Office2003 and keep your
previous version.
