Is Office Xp Servicepack 3 available on a CD?

The service pack 3 download is so big, and I have only a dial up connection,
that I would prefer to receive it in CD form.

1. You're posting in the wrong newsgroup, this is a newsgroup for
Microsoft Access, the database program.

2. You "probably" mean Service Pack 2.

3. Yes, you can get a free CD for Service Pack 2 from Microsoft, at
least you can if you're in the USA. CD's may not yet be ready for
other countires.
