Is Outlook 2000 compatable with Vista

I loaded Office 2000 on a nrew laptop with Vista Home Premium. All works OK
except I keep getting an error that it can't find the WAB DLL file and
therefore I have no address book capability. I have reloaded 3 times with the
same results. I am starting to think it is a compatability issue. Anyone
expereince the same or have any ideas?

Mary,

Didn't MSFT replace OE with a new email client in Vista? Does the new
program even have a WAB file?

Yes, but the poster is inquiring about Outlook. I have no idea whether or not
Outlook 2000 is compatible with Vista. I use Outlook 2007 and the Windows Mail
for the newsgroup. There is a wab folder in Windows Mail and you can import
contacts.

Dave,

As you can tell you aren't going to get good answer in a newsgroup that
addresses issued with MS Publiaher. Try one of these:
microsoft.public.outlook, microsoft.public.outlook.general
