is password save problem solved in outlook2007?

I have outlook2002 running on windows XP
I have the password not saved problem, that seems to be common
will it be solved if
i get outlook 2007 and run on xp operating system(downgrade vista)?
Also, is it worthwhile to upgrade to outlook 2007?

Depends on whether or not you think the features of Office 2007 are worth

The outlook 2002 password problem is specific to Vista, not winxp.
If your password isnt remembered its another issue
