Is reverting to MSP 2000 after 2003 Trial possible?

I am currently running Project 2000 and have just downloaded the Project 2003
Trial version. Before I install it, can anyone reassure me that at the end of
the Trial period (or indeed before) I can revert to Project 2000 without any
problems if I decide not to upgrade to 2003?

Also, can I run 2000 and 2003 in parallel during the Trial?

Appreciate I can't have an absolute Yes or No answer, but other posts
relating to problems with Trial versions make me nervous.

Microsoft are not interested in this question since it relates to a Trial
version. If they won't reply, I'm not risking using the Trial. Who loses?

Thanks in advance for any advice/experiences.

Hi MW,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

I can answer part of your question in that 2000 & 2003 Standard versions can
run on the same PC in different directories (as I do) - or better still in
different partitions. As to the trial, I've never used one, but
theoretically it should uninstall properly - which it is best to do before
loading the full version. However, I can't give any guarantees!

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at
this web address: http://project.mvps.org/faqs.htm

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :)
