Am I able to publish my website directly through FrontPage 2003 to a domain I
purchased through SBC Yahoo? If so, could you refer me to information that
could walk me through the process?

You will be limited to using the FTP mode of publishing

(and can not use any features of FP that require the FP Server Extensions)
