Is Speech Recognition useable in Microsoft Office XP (Beta)?

Is Speech Recognition useable in Microsoft Office XP (Beta)? And if so, how
do I turn it on? The Help page says to first install it through the
Add/Remove Program Items (Microsoft Office XP, Change, then to go to Shared
Office Features (or whatever) and then click Alternative User Input, but this
seems not to exist.
