I have a document in which I need to repeat a 'template' page for each
occurrance of an entry in a table in the appendix of the same document.
each inserted page needs to contain (like for instance the page title), the
entry in the table.
Is there a way to do this so this section of the document is entirely
automatically created, without having to run a macro, or trigger a mail-merge
operation.
