Is the "Format Painter" available in OneNote?

If it is not available, is there another way to unify the font style and
size, especially when using a lot of cut and paste from other sources?

Unfortunately, format painter is not available in ON2007.

After pasting, there should be a "Paste Options" button floating near the
pasted text. From that menu you should be able to select "keep destination
formatting" which will help keep things consistent. Otherwise your only
option is Select All and then resetting the font/color/etc.

Unfortunately a "Format Painter" is missing in ON :-( :-(

This is one of the "most asked for" features.

For sure this would rank among the Top Ten of most wanted features.

It would not hurt, however, would you post this as a suggestion for the

formating what we paste. The idea is Onenote is my publishing tool for
information but I can't do that now since I'm spending all this time on
formating.

That is a popular request and I'm sure it's being considered, but please
understand that OneNote isn't really intended to be a publishing tool.
If you're doing elaborate formatting you're really better off sending
your OneNote data to Word or Publisher for finishing.

Yes, it has most often been asked for. And this IMO out of good reasons.

but
please understand that OneNote isn't really intended to be a
publishing tool. If you're doing elaborate formatting you're really
better off sending your OneNote data to Word or Publisher for
finishing.

Whilst I agree with this in general, IMHO it's not valid for the "Format
Painter" which is a most basic tool for everyday usage. Really bad that
it's missing in ON.
