Is ther a way to "give 100h of an employee" to a project?

Hi. We have strong separation of Resource Managers and Project Managers. What model of procedure would you recommend in MSP Pro and MSPS to allow to create a "contract" between the Project Manager and the Ressource Manager for a specified resource to work on the project like "100h during 3 month"? Any idea appreciated. thank you

Assuming you are using Project Server to manage your project documents, why
don't you create a document for each project that is the contractual
agreement for the use of project resources between the project manager and
the resource managers of the members of the project team? Once you have
done so, you could upload this document to the Document library of the
relevant project. Just a thought.
