Is there a 4x6 portrait paper size under custom labels?

Looking to print label in avery format #05436. These are 1x3 labels on a 4x6
page. When I create a custom label, 4x6 page size is NOT available as an
option? Any ideas ?

The paper size is not important (as long as it is large enough) make up the
difference with margins.
