Is there a better discussion group for "rules in error" questions? I posted a
question two days ago and received no answers.

I suspect that no one so far has any idea what you are talking about.
You may need to review your rules.

Despite pedanticism of MVPs (g), if you use Outlook Express you
might look at microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general.
