Is there a better way to share the calendar w/ attachments via internet?

The Save as web page function has such limited capabilities, is there
a better way to share a calendar on the web? I'd also like the
calendar to include attachments such as Word docs, SPreadsheets, etc.

Anyone?

Nothing like that is built into Outlook. You might want to look at Windows SharePoint Services, which allows you to have a web calendar with attachments.
