Is there a blueprint template?

I'm trying to find a blueprint template in Powpoint 2002. I need to make a
layout of some property for a zoning committee approval. Is there one that
anyone know's of I can download?

Or you could use something like this
http://www.isbe.state.il.us/construction/images/blueprint.jpg and put it in
the background og your slide masters. Be sure to get permission from any
copyright holder first.
