=LEFT(CELL("filename",A1),FIND("[",CELL("filename",A1),1)-1)

File name only
=MID(CELL("filename",A1),FIND("[",CELL("filename",A1),1)+1,FIND("]",CEL
L("filename",A1),1)-FIND("[",CELL("filename",A1),1)-1)

The sheet name
