Is there a convenient way to represent latitude/longitude

Positions are often given in lat/lon in deg/min/sec units. Is there a way to
represent this in Excel (other than a separate cell for each component) -
similar to date/time?

I prefer to use decimal equivalents because I find it more intuitive.
