Is there a function to count how many times a cells value is used?

I have a cell that provides a variable for several different formulas,
just want to list a number so people know how many different number
they're actually changing. can I have a formula that lists basically th
count of the formulas that directly refer to this cell within an entir
workbook? (about 70 pages
