Is there a good program for excel to combine, compare, and edit bo

I have two Workbooks that i need to combine and edit, and i really need a
program. If you know of one will you please tell me. thanks

I dunno about "combining" but Jim Cone's neat commercial Add-in called
XLCompanion does a great job of comparing two worksheets and displaying
exactly what the differences are. It's available at:
