Ctrl+PageUp go to previous sheet tab
Ctrl+PageDn go to next sheet tab

FORWARD (Alt+ArrowLt) from a link
BACK (Alt+ArrowRt) from a link

BTW:

Ctrl+F6 is for between Workbooks (not worksheets), the more
conventional Ctrl+TAB does the same.
