is there a limit to how many emails you can send in outlook express or
outlook I have about 3000 addresses that i would like to send to all at once?

My guess is that your ISP will stop you long before Outlook Express. (ISPs
will limit how many recipients per message because some are known to sign up
and just send unsolicited commercial e-mail [spam].)
