I have a table that has a list of membership. I use
different queries to remove certain codes, such as D for
deceased or W for Withdrawn. The active membership query,
after all these codes have been removed is the table I use
to create other queries for reporting purposes. When I
try to create a new query I get a message that the query
that I've created can't be opened in data shett mode, as
it may be in use. Well, I'm the only one accessing this
one on a standalone pc, so that's not the cause.
I do see by one other answer today, how to make better use
of my selection criteria, but if anyone knows the answer
to this, I would be greatful!
