Is there a manual for BCM?

Great program, but I would like to find detailed information on the best
practices for using it.

I've looked at the videos, which as elementary and not what I am looking for.

Surely MS must have documentation for the program, but I haven't been able
to find it.

Pointers would be appreciated. Thanks.

There is an Outlook 2007 with BCM for Dummies book by Lon Orenstein. You can
get this at Amazon or Barnes & Noble.
