Is there a method to look after duplicates in documents automatically?

I work in the newspaper and type the advertisements. Our rule is tha
one person can give only one ad in one issue. But sometimes people giv
2 and even 3 ads. If the number of such ads is very big (near 100 o
more) I can't spy upon that . Is there a method to look after suc
duplicates automatically? Thanks
