Is there a OneNote template to track web login information?

I need a OneNote template for tracking information on web urls, login
usercodes, passwords, security/secret questions/answers. Have looked through
OneNote templates online and nothing is applicable or close. Does anyone
have something they are willing to share?

IMO OneNote may not be the most applicable solution.

If I understand your requirement, a password vault such as
http://www.roboform.com/pass2go.html may be more suitable and functional.

Of course, OneNote sections can be password protected. But there are tools
advertised which offer recovery of sections where you have forgotten your
password. So I am not sure of the security of OneNote password protection.

Another option would be to place a Notebook in an encrypted volume, using a
utility such as TrueCrypt. This is also less convenient, but security is
inconvenient.

It sounded like the OP is asking for a replacement for writing down
different passwords.

I don't have a template for it, but I do have a dedicated Section devoted
to this. Each page has information for a website, and I just type/copy
what the password is, and when it was last changed. I put printouts of any
confirmation changes or security questions in as subpages. I keep that
section password protected, and ensure that the underlying Section *.ONE
File is EFS encrypted.
