Is there a onflict between Office 2003 and Groupwise 5.5

Since installing Office 2003 professional i have been
having problems with Groupwise 5.5, to be more exact an
error occurs every time i try and open groupwise.

The error is;

'The instruction at "0x6771c2b0" referenced memory
at "0x8004010f". The memory could not be "read". '


Could someone tell me how to resolve this, i have tried to
uninstall Groupwise and then reinstall it but still the
same problem.

could someone email back to (e-mail address removed)
with any helpful replies.
