Is there a predesigned form for selling a business?

If a business owner wants to describe the business for sale to a prospective
buyer, is there a pre-designed format or form or outline to follow for making
up the proposal?

You can probably try out AutoContent Wizard.
Click New to bring up a task pane.
Select "From AutoContent Wizard".
Click Next.
Select Sales/Marketing.
Lastly, select either one of the options given and click Finish.
