Is there a resume just for federal jobs

hello, I would like to know if anybody know what form to used for a resume
for the federal government. because there are some resume that i can't used
and i would like my resume to be perfessional.

Sorry, this isn't a "federal" newsgroup. Perhaps contacting the location

Most federal jobs require the SF 171, especially the "perfessional" ones.
