Is there a Template for 4-1/4 x 5-1/2 membership directory?

Want to create a small directory with page setup on 8-1/2 x 11 portrait but
having 4 pages per sheet, book format with automatic page numbering. Is
there a Word or Publisher template for this?

What version Publisher are you using? Setting up this is different depending
what version.
You will want to setup your page as a booklet. Are you planning to merge the
names and other information? Publisher has a catalog merge that is a great tool
for directories.
